BENAZIR BHUTTO SHAHEED YOUTH DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION ARRANGEMENT:
At the departmental level each department has developed PROJECT MANAGEMENT UNIT (PMU) to handle the proposals prepared in the areas relevant to their domain of functions. It has been set for the over all Management, Monitoring and Evaluation of the programme at institute level. PMU Labour Department set up in Directorate of Manpower & Training Premises Three spacious rooms to accommodate staff are renovated and office equipment computers, fax printer, and other office furniture and air conditioners made available for PMU.
The monitoring of the program shall be micro-based, following formats specially designed for the purpose.
- Institution check list.
- Trainees Information Report (TIR).
- Weekly Monitoring Report (WMR)
- Monthly Test Report (MTR)
- Training Diary Practical/Theory.
- Weekly Attendance Report.
- Progress Report.
