BENAZIR BHUTTO SHAHEED YOUTH DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
Stipends:
The stipend for the period of training to trainees applying to both public and private sector shall be paid according to their qualification/ course as given below:
a. For Matriculation and below: Rs. 4000/ month
b. For Intermediate: Rs. 5000/ month
c. For Graduate: Rs. 6000/ month
d. For Masters: Rs. 7000/ month
TRAINEES' SELECTION CRITERIA:
The selection of trainees is to be in a manner that all districts in the province are covered. Minimum qualification is to be met, in accordance to the prescribed rules/procedures.
Preference will be given to:

A candidate will be provided the opportunity for only one training course in a year.
- All candidates will be required to apply for a specific trade/field of training on the prescribed application form.
- The selection of applicants will be merit-based.
- Applicant will be required to apply to the training institutes or departmental offices as specified in the advertisements.
- List of successful applicants will be published in the newspaper and pasted at the relevant training Institute.

ADMISSION PROCEDURE:
- The programme has since been prepared for un-employed youth to enhance their employability; special efforts would be made to reach out to maximum number of youth particularly in the low income groups.
- Directorate of Manpower and Training Sindh has released advertisements in the newspapers indicating the name & address of institutions and requirements for admission.
- The Principal of Respective institution also advised to make efforts to publicize the program though banners, posters, hand bills and local cable network.
- The admission forms are made available at Technical Training Centers. The youth intending to seek admission may also use photo copies of form.
- On receipt of application form dully attested documents will be checked i.e. CNIC OR ‘B’ form, written statement regarding income of parents and photocopy of required educational documents.
- The interview shall be conducted for each trade to ascertain the level of poverty.
APPLICATIONS:
- In consultation with other partner departments, a standard Application Form has drawn up available at {www.bbsydpsindh.gov.pk} website of program.
- Application Form shall be published in the Newspapers along with the departmental advertisements for selection of trainees.
- The applicant must attach Form "B" from NADRA.
Domicile Certificate (Self or Father)
- All applicants will be required to attach an "Undertaking" as stated in which will also be available with the online Application Form.
- Online Application and undertaking facility will be provided through a program website.
- Successful applicants will be required to provide their bank account details for payment of stipend.
- The applicant can apply for only one training program in the department at a time.
