To develop Human resource, Skilled, Competent and acceptable to job market/ Employer and capable to respond to the fast changing need of the Technology and to contribute in the national economic development. Assisting them in getting opportunities for gainful employment or prepare them for self employment.

HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT

a) Capacity building of potential, Youth in Pakistan through Technical Education, Vocational Training in order to make them employable in industrial establishments or self esteemed professions/business. As well for overseas employment.

b) Providing on the job training through Apprenticeship Training Schemes in industrial establishments in order to make them industrial oriented worker.

c) Up-gradation of skilled knowledge of instructional, managerial and professional staff of the training centres and other establishments in public & private sector.

HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

a) Providing assistance to unemployed job seekers and employers in respect of gainful employment (through Employment Exchanges).

b) Providing guidance to youth (Boys & Girls) for making realistic choice of life time career and counseling to potential Labour for selection of better professions.

c) Arrange data base and dissemination of statistics on various aspects of Manpower. (Annual Establish-ments Enquiry and Survey of Professional, Technical & Vocational Training Institutions).
